SPICY ETHNIC CASUAL DINING ATMOSPHERE IN UPPER KIRBY
While the kitchen at Ruggles Black is Chef Molzan’s playground, the dining area is his partner’s canvas. Neera Patidar invited local artist Gino Vian to join her in creating the restaurant’s eclectic interior design, made to delight and inspire their upper Kirby visitors.
Although surprising in many ways, the spicy ethnic atmosphere is yet so versatile: perfect for casual fine dining, late night eating, cocktails & dancing, and can even accommodate special parties.
HOW IT ALL CAME TO LIFE
Chef Bruce Molzan’s many years of experience in several famous Houston restaurants have made him long for more.
After bringing his latest projects, Ruggles Green and Corner Table, to a spectacular success, he decided it’s time to build his own venue, where he can truly follow his sparkling vision.
So he partnered up with his friend Neera Patidar, also ex-restaurant owner, looking for another exciting opportunity. Then his long time staff, sharing his passion for quality food, came on board right away.
And the rest just followed naturally… Will you?
